Saturday life. Sunday awake.

Hej...so it was saturday.. Saturday in Norway.. in the Winter...
Snowy, sleezy ground , Snowflakes in the face, umbrellas all around...People running down and up the hills of Oslo....And i am one of them :)
Its gym time i said myself!
Today its planned to run one of my longest runs in the week..
The problem is that the past days i have been suffering from this muscle pain in my left leg....that makes it sometimes difficult to simply walk...after for example sitting for several minutes...
But you know a runner is never taking his/ her decisions based on walking =)
 The runner runs =)
 So i ran...the 10 first min were a hell....
Pain and short breath...? what!????
Ok...I guess it works like this..
The muscle hurt...its Physical reflex...
The physical reflex is sending the signal to the mind... so the physical becomes mental...
We can get rid of physical through mental ...
Our body  does what our mind wants...
Example.... Its early in the morning...You have to wake up and go to work....Noooo you dont want to leave your cosy warm bed...
But you understand, if you dont go to work you will not get the money, will not pay the rent...and etc..
So you tell yourself to wake up... and get out of the bed!!!!
So what you do....??? (except for the ones that just ignore the alarm clock = )
You wake up and get out of the bed....
Your minds commands your body....
And it happens in our everyday life...If you just try to look carefully...its like a traffic light..
We have this idea of GREEN and RED in the mind....
We approach  traffic light...and its Green...So our body automaticly moves towards it...But suddenly( well, in Milan its not suddenly,it takes some seconds to switch from Green to Red, unlike Oslo ,where its superfast haha ) it switches to Red and you move back...
Its the clear example of Mental and Physical connection of our being...

So in future.. i will use my mental abilities to encourage and develop better my physical performance... =)
God bless us..
